Grace period

$200 CE deferral fee provides 60 extra days to complete CE while staying active; a $250 late reporting fee applies beyond that, and renewals up to 6 months late incur late fees

First renewal requires 98 hours of Sales Agent Apprentice Education (SAE) including Legal Update I and II instead of the standard 18-hour CE. Supervising brokers must include the 6-hour Broker Responsibility course within the 18 hours.
