Reporting
Report completion on the renewal application; approved-program certificates; CPE Monitor referenced for ACPE proof
Grace period
An extension of up to one license renewal period may be granted for physical disability, illness, or other extenuating circumstances; if denied, the pharmacist has 60 days to complete and report CE.

Requirements confirmed in the official Board rule 295.8 (2023 amendments removed the expired pain-management and mental-health requirements). Pharmacists are exempt from the 30-hour requirement during their initial license period except for the controlled-substance and trafficking requirements.
