N.J.A.C. 13:39-3.7(d): a licensee who does not renew before expiration may renew within 30 days after expiration by submitting the renewal application and fee; beyond 30 days the license is administratively suspended.

Verified against N.J.A.C. 13:39-3A.1 (Division of Consumer Affairs adoption, December 4, 2017), the Board's official FAQ page (njconsumeraffairs.gov/phar/Pages/FAQ.aspx), N.J.A.C. 13:39-3.7, and N.J.A.C. 13:39-4.21: 30 CE credits each biennial renewal period (May 1 through April 30 of odd-numbered years), including at least 10 credits through didactic instruction (in-person or interactive telephonic/electronic, excluding videotaped instruction), 3 credits in New Jersey pharmacy law, and 1 credit on prescription-opioid drugs (alternatives, risks, signs of abuse, addiction, diversion); the opioid credit may not be carried over. Pharmacists approved to perform immunizations must complete 2 immunization credits per biennium (13:39-4.21). A pharmacist authorized for collaborative drug therapy management must complete at least 10 credits per biennial period in each disease or condition covered by the agreement (10 credits total for co-existing, interrelated conditions).
