Verified against NDCC sections 43-15-25 and 43-15-25.1 (annual license; renewal on or before March 1) and NDAC 61-03-04-02 (reporting period March 1 through the last day of February; no carryover of excess credits; credits earned in the 12 months before a reporting period may be allocated to the current or the previous period, but not both): 15 approved CE hours annually. Conditional: at least 1 hour of relevant education before a pharmacist furnishes an opioid antagonist under the Board's limited-Rx-authority protocol (61-04-12; equivalent curriculum-based school training also qualifies). The former 6-hours-per-two-years injection-administration CE requirement was removed effective April 1, 2020; current injection-administration rules require the pharmacist to maintain competency according to the standard of care with no fixed hour number, so that category was removed.
