20 professional development hours per two-year period, to include one course in Ethics, for Professional Engineers (Land Surveyors: 12 PDH including one Ethics course). The CE program must be prepared/offered/administered/accepted by a Board-approved entity. Applies to all renewals except the first renewal of a license granted by examination. CE mandate adopted by final rulemaking published in the DC Register on 8/2/2019.
