Suicide prevention training (8 hrs over 4 years; employment; counts toward renewal CE) (conditional)
8h

Confirmed against official PTSB sources: renewal of a Wyoming Standard Educator License requires a minimum of five (5) renewal credits — college and/or PTSB-approved workshop credits relevant to the endorsement area(s). The PTSB Renewals page and workshop-credit tables confirm the credit structure (7 contact hours = 1/2 credit through 70 hours = 5 credits; 1 CEU of 7 clock hours = 1/2 credit). Since January 2019, renewals fall on the applicant's birthday per PTSB (not December 31). Native unit is PTSB renewal credits; totalHours is not converted. Added 2026-09-30: Jason Flatt Act (2014) requires 8 hours of suicide prevention training over 4 years for teachers/administrators; employment mandate countable within renewal CE (WDE memo 2017-058).
