Renewal: All professional licenses expire two years after the date of issuance and become invalid unless renewed by that date. A minimum of 30 PDH must be earned during the two-year period immediately preceding the renewal or reinstatement application.

PDH log submitted in PDF format with the renewal application (emailed to the Board), certified under penalty of perjury; if selected for audit, supporting documentation must be submitted within 30 calendar days of notification.

30 PDH per biennial period; at least 20 technical hours and no more than 10 professional-management hours. A third party reports a maximum 15 PDH carryforward, not verified against official sources in this pass. [Continuing education measured in PDH.]
