Confirmed 2026-09-22: NAC 391.065 (as amended by approved regulation R130-18, effective 6/26/2019 and still in force) requires 6 semester hours of credit or the equivalent during the license term for renewal. NAC 391.060 (as amended by adopted regulation R067-25) sets a 5-year license term for bachelor's-or-less holders and a 6-year term for master's-or-higher holders with 5 years' full-time employment; licenses expire on the holder's date of birth in the expiration year. The 90-clock-hour regulation (R013-26) remained an LCB draft as of May 2026 and is not adopted; the '15 hours per calendar year' framing is older guidance.
