Statement of compliance at renewal; PDH documentation submitted only if requested by the Board.

30 PDH per biennial renewal period; up to 15 PDH may be carried forward (ethics and Nevada laws/rules credits excluded from carryforward). Exemptions available for initial licensure during the period, extended active-duty military service, extended time outside the U.S., or serious illness/injury in the last year of the period (NAC 625.440). [Continuing education measured in PDH.]
