Verified against the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education Regulations (adopted June 6, 2022): 13 credit hours per calendar year, including 2 hours exclusively in ethics and professional conduct and 1 hour exclusively in substance abuse, addictive disorders and/or mental health. Attorneys complete an online Affirmation of Attendance and Compliance by December 31; the Board may extend the affirmation deadline to March 1 of the following year upon application and fee.
