The initial licensure cycle is exempt. NOTE: a secondary source reports Michigan Regulation 4680 (eff. 3/5/2026) extended PT renewal to a 3-year cycle with 36 PDR credits; the current official rule text (R. 338.7161) still states 24 PDR credits over 2 years — verify with LARA.
