Prescriptive authority and the underlying RN license both expire October 31 of odd-numbered years. Indiana RN/LPN licenses have no CE requirement. First-time prescriptive-authority renewal: no CE if granted less than 12 months before expiration; 15 hours including 4 pharmacology if granted at least 12 months before.
