A current healthcare-provider level BLS/CPR certification must be maintained and renewed every CE period; certification hours count toward the 20-hour total. Up to 80% of hours may be completed online. CE is reported biennially in even-numbered years with documentation due to the Board by February 1; annual license renewal is by February 1 under W. Va. Code R. section 5-1-6.
