Current 18VAC90-30-50 (Virginia Administrative Code) lists APRN biennial licensure renewal $80 and late renewal $25; the fee section was last amended effective November 8, 2023. A March 2025 final-stage rulemaking document proposed increases to $130 renewal and $100 late renewal, but those increases are not reflected in the codified regulation.
