Per 22 TAC 463.35, at least 50% of CE must be from approved providers (psychological associations, public school districts, state/federal agencies, accredited psychology programs, and other formally organized professional-development groups). Topic breakdown is from historical official rule material; current operative BHEC text pending. A human-trafficking prevention course is separately required but carries no fixed hour value and is not part of the CE total.
