A pharmacist who fails to renew may reinstate the license by complying with Rule 1140-01-.07 and paying the renewal fee plus a $10 penalty for each month or fraction thereof the payment is delinquent. If the renewal is not procured within six months from the date the last renewal became delinquent, the Board may refuse to issue the renewal (Rule 1140-01-.10(11)).Verify with board
