South Dakota Optometry (OD) license renewal fees

A 2014 official rulemaking proposal sought to raise the annual renewal fee from $220 to $300, but the proposal document does not prove adoption and no current official rule or board renewal document was located - both fields left null rather than guessed. SDCL 36-7-20 (2022 HB1028, enrolled) makes failure to renew by Oct 1 each year a forfeiture, with a board-set late fee capped at $100 per month (the board-set amount was not located).
