Current ARSD 20:48:06:01 (eff. 8/3/2026) lists no separate CRNA renewal fee; CRNA licensure is renewed concurrently with the RN license upon evidence of NBCRNA recertification (ARSD 20:48:05:06). The RN biennial renewal is $95 plus a $10 nursing-education-assistance surcharge and a $10 nursing-workforce-center surcharge ($115). Reinstatement of a lapsed license is the renewal fee plus $50, an incremental $50 late component.
