Pennsylvania LPNs have no general CE-hour requirement. Under Act 31 of 2014, every health-related licensee must complete 2 hours of Board-approved child abuse recognition and reporting CE each 24-month renewal period as a condition of renewal (official Department of State Act 31 FAQs). Whether the Act 90 organ-donation training rulemaking (effective May 1, 2026) applies to LPNs was not verified in official sources.
