Separate OARs impose on all actively licensed board licensees: OAR 847-008-0075 requires the 1-hour OPMC pain-management course at initial licensure and every 2 years; OAR 847-008-0077 requires 1 hour of cultural-competency education per year. Renewal is subject to random CME audit.
