Board wording: Two tiers: non-TPA-certified ODs must complete 15 hrs per calendar year (N.H. Admin. Code Opt 402.02); TPA-certified ODs must complete 50 hrs per calendar year. Renewal applications are due December 1 of the renewal year under RSA 328-F:19; late filings December 2–31 incur a late fee; licenses lapse after December 31 if not filed. Total shown is the TPA tier (most NH ODs are TPA-certified).
