Reporting
Certify the previous calendar year's hours at annual renewal via checkbox attestation; do not submit logs unless audited; retain records six years after the credit is claimed.

All 12 hours must be structured HSW contact hours each calendar year; no carryforward. Architects initially licensed during a calendar year are exempt for that year. Missing CE at a timely renewal may result in provisional renewal or probation through December 31 to cure the deficiency; a late renewal after the CE year ends cannot proceed until delinquent CE is completed.
