Renewal: Licenses renew annually with a renewal period of November 1-December 31 and expiration on December 31. The CE reporting period is two years ending on the December 31 renewal date in odd-numbered years (ARM 24.189.2104; replacement CE rule, MAR Notice 24-189-44).

Reporting
CE is affirmed at renewal; the Board conducts a random audit of licensees following the renewal cycle. Records kept 3 years.
Grace period
Late renewal permitted online for 45 days after expiration (through February 14) with a 100% late fee.

Psychologists licensed less than two full calendar years on the first reporting date obtain 20 CE hours (1 ethics, 1 suicide prevention); psychologists in postdoctoral supervision are not required to obtain CE during supervision.
