Confirmed against 20 CSR 2210-2.030: minimum 32 hrs board-approved CE per 2-year reporting period; no more than 16 hrs may be obtained through distance learning (correspondence, online-only, magazine articles, etc. where the licensee is not physically present — live interactive virtual presentations are NOT counted as distance learning and are unrestricted); at least 2 hrs per renewal period must be in Missouri jurisprudence. New licensees by examination are deemed to have satisfied CE for their first renewal; endorsement licensees in the second year of the cycle need only 16 hrs.
