Board-issued 2026 CME audit notices (cca.hawaii.gov) require 40 Category 1/1A CME hours per biennium for osteopathic physicians, and FSMB cites HAR 16-85-33 for 40 Category 1/1A hours every 2 years. The DCCA-posted HAR compilation text still reads 40 Category 1 + 60 Category 2 hours (or 100 Category 1), so the posted compilation appears stale relative to current board enforcement materials; the 40-hour figure is encoded from board/FSMB materials.
