30 hours of valid CE during the 2-year period preceding license expiration: at least 15 hours in live programs; at least 10% (3 hours) in public-health-priority subjects set by the Director; 3 hours ethics; 2 hours LGBTQ continuing education. CE courses must be APA-approved except LGBTQ and public-health-priority courses. The first renewal after the initial grant of a license is exempt (§6906.2).
