2024–2026 change: new CE framework (15 clinical + 10 leadership + 5 indirect, ≥15h live) applies to all renewals on/after 12/31/2025. 3h CA Law & Professional Ethics required every other renewal (counts toward leadership). First renewal only: 15h (7 clinical/5 leadership/≤3 indirect, ≥7h live).
