No person may practice as a physician assistant without a license granted by the Board (W.S. 33-26-504(a)). The Board may refuse to renew, revoke, suspend, or restrict a license or impose other discipline on grounds listed in W.S. 33-26-508. A lapsed license is reactivated by submitting the Board form, applicable fees, two references, and proof of at least 60 hours of qualified CME within the preceding three years.Verify with board
