WSBN's official September 16, 2026 announcement waives renewal fees for the 2026 renewal period: under Chapter 5, Section 3(c), licensees are not subject to the Section 4(f) and Section 4(g)(ii) fees from October 1 through December 31, 2026. The current Chapter 5 fee schedule sets the normal APRN renewal fee at $180 under Section 4(f)(i); Section 4(g)(ii) covers renewal of additional national certifications and prescriptive authority ($70 each), not a late fee. Chapter 5 contains no incremental late-renewal fee; a lapsed license requires relicensure/reinstatement (Section 4(h)(i): APRN $255 total), so lateFee is null.
