24 hours biennially, including at least 3 hours in ethics, for intermediaries licensed in any major line (Wis. Admin. Code Ins 28.04; OCI Agent CE Requirements, updated June 1, 2026). Credits must be earned and banked within the 24 months before the license expiration date; excess hours may not be carried forward and the same course may not be taken twice in one period. Separate mandatory trainings: 4-hour annuity best interest (one-time), LTC 8-hour initial / 4-hour ongoing, and 3-hour NFIP flood training. Resident intermediaries holding only a limited-line license are exempt.
