The Board's administrative rules were revised effective February 1, 2026; the current text no longer includes the former 10-hour live requirement and narrows the controlled-substance requirement to DEA registrants/pending applicants. The renewal instructions still present the 2 controlled-substance credits broadly. Confirm with OPR which text governs.
