A $5 penalty for each month or part of a month of practice beyond the renewal date applies under 63 P.S. § 1401-225 (BPOA Fee Act § 225); see the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine's PA renewal provision at 49 Pa. Code § 25.708(b). The State Board of Medicine's separate PA renewal provision was not separately verified.
