Oregon Dentistry license renewal fees

Late fee: $50 if you renew late.

Biennial licensure fee $435 per OBD's official application page (the 2023-25 budget showed $390 effective 8/2023; the 2025-27 budget proposed a further increase whose current amount was not confirmed on an official page — see feeNote). Delinquency tiers: $50 within 30 days of expiration, then $100, then $150 plus a $500 reinstatement fee (60 days to 1 year), then $250 plus $500 reinstatement and the jurisprudence exam (1 to 4 years); no reinstatement after 4 years.
