ORC 4723.08 (effective December 29, 2023) sets biennial APRN license renewal at $135 and a $50 fee for processing a late renewal application; OBN's renewal instructions confirm the $50 late processing fee applies to renewals submitted September 16–October 31, after which licenses lapse November 1 and practice while lapsed is prohibited. The $50 late fee is in addition to the renewal fee and to any late fee on the underlying RN license (per OAC 4723-8-08 rulemaking materials).
