New York Optometry (OD) license renewal fees

NY optometry licenses renew on a 3-year (triennial) registration cycle. NYSED publishes the initial $377 fee as a $135 application fee plus a $242 first three-year registration, but no separate published renewal/registration fee schedule was located, so the renewal amount is left null rather than stated as $242. Practicing optometrists additionally owe a $45 mandatory CE fee at the start of each registration period ($287 total while practicing), per 8 NYCRR 66.6. If registration has lapsed more than four months a delayed-registration application is required; no late fee amount published - left null rather than guessed.
