A license not renewed by June 30 of the renewal year expires; it may be reinstated within 2 years upon payment of fees. How compliance is checked

The board may audit CE compliance; a second or subsequent audit to ensure CE compliance costs $200 per NAC 631.029. Licensees must retain CE and CPR certificates for 3 years.
