How compliance is checked

CE records may be requested covering five calendar years and must be submitted within 21 days (Minn. R. 2500.1420); audit failure can trigger a corrective process (90 days, fees, ten additional CE units per unverifiable year), an audit penalty of up to $900 per year, and termination for noncompliance.
