Licensee attests to CE completion on the renewal application; the Commission conducts random monthly audits. Renewal may be filed up to 90 days after the deadline with a $50 late penalty; the licensee may not practice during that window. Maine’s entry-level Sales Agent license is non-renewable — associate broker is the renewable license tier.
