Verified against LAC 46:LIII (official Board compilation, October 2025): section 505 - annual renewal due December 31; section 507(C)(1) - 15 hours annually with at least 3 live hours, or 20 hours total if the pharmacist completes no live hours; section 521(A)(4) - a pharmacist who administers medications must complete 1 hour annually on medication administration, counted toward the total; section 2533.C - individuals compounding sterile preparations must complete 1 hour of ACPE or board-approved CE annually related to sterile drug preparation, dispensing, and utilization; section 1907.B - nuclear pharmacists must obtain at least 5 hours of the total required hours of ACPE or board-approved CE on nuclear-pharmacy applications and procedures.
