24 hours per renewal cycle: 16 core HSW hours (which must include at least 1 hour of sexual harassment prevention training and, beginning with the Nov 30 2024 renewal, at least 1 hour on design practices addressing high winds or natural disasters) plus 8 elective hours, per 68 Ill. Adm. Code 1150.105. Licenses renew November 30 of even-numbered years. Carryforward, audit rate, and record-retention period not published in official sources located.
