Licensee documentation must be maintained for 2 years after the period for which the form was submitted. Renewal June 30: last names A-K in even years, L-Z in odd years, so no universal parity applies. Excess hours may be carried forward. Audit: Board may audit licensee forms to verify CE compliance. Retain CE certificates 2 years.
