The DPR fee schedule does not publish the biennial renewal fee amount (licensees are notified at time of renewal), so renewalFee is null; the late-renewal fee is twice the renewal fee and is therefore also null. Reapplication for a license in expired, non-renewable status is $516. Service-request fees: CE course approval $45; emeritus status change $40; wall certificate $50; roster $45; verification of licensure $35–$45. Initial license fee: $172. Reinstatement fee: $516. Renewal cycle: 2 years.
