Board wording: Annual renewal; the 24-hour CE certificate must accompany the renewal application each year covering the preceding 12 months. A person initially licensed in January owes the full 24 hours by December 31 of that year; one initially licensed in July owes 12 hours for the first partial year, then 24 each year after (Ark. Code § 17-81-312(b)).
