How compliance is checked

Nurses must maintain individual CE records (certificates, transcripts, or attendance documentation) for four years following the year contact hours were earned; the ABN conducts CE audits (Ala. Admin. Code r. 610-X-10-.07). 24 CE hours per license period; APNs need 6 pharmacology hours.
