Wisconsin Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license renewal fees

Late fee: $25 if you renew late.

No official current APRN renewal amount was found: the legacy DSPS 'Renewal Dates and Fees' table (UAT/2016 site) lists 'Nurse, Advanced Practice Prescriber' (type 33) at $57 expiring 9/30 of even years, but DSPS's August 8, 2025 fee-adjustment news release announced updated fees for nursing renewals (see https://dsps.wi.gov/Documents/NewsMedia/20250808FeeAdjustmentNewsRelease.pdf), and 2025 Wisconsin Act 17 replaced the APNP certificate with APRN licensure (including CRNAs) effective September 1, 2026, so the legacy $57 figure is not carried as a verified current APRN renewal fee. Wis. Stat. s. 440.08(3)(a) provides that a credential holder who does not renew before the renewal date may restore the credential by paying the applicable renewal fee plus a $25 late renewal fee, so the incremental late fee is $25.
