Confirmed against OREC Title 605, Chapter 10 (adopted rules, effective June 1, 2025): 30 clock hours per license term — 13 required hours (6 Contracts and Forms, 3 Professional Conduct, 1 each in Broker Relationships Act, Fair Housing, Code and Rules, and Hot Topics/Current Issues) plus 17 elective hours. Brokers must also complete the 15-hour Broker in Charge course. New licensees enter as Provisional Sales Associates (12-month, nonrenewable term) and upgrade to Sales Associate status.
