Oklahoma Attorney CE category requirements

Required categories

Verified against the Oklahoma MCLE Commission FAQs (okmcle.org) and MCLE Regulations: 12 approved CLE credits annually, including at least 2 legal ethics credits, over the January 1–December 31 compliance period. Providers post credits within 30 days; attorneys cannot self-report online but may submit certificates to mcle@okbar.org. No Annual Report of Compliance is required when the MCLE record shows the credit earned by December 31 (Regulation 5.1 deems it reported); a report must be filed only when the transcript is insufficient or an exemption is claimed. Late fees: $100 when credits are completed after December 31 but before February 15; $200 after February 15.
