Required categories
36 continuing-competency hours per triennial registration period, with at least 24 hours (two-thirds) in professional subjects; the remaining 12 hours may be professional or related subjects. Licensees attest at renewal and retain records for six years. A licensee short on hours may apply for a one-year conditional registration to complete the prior period's missing hours plus 12 hours for the conditional year (additional registration-equivalent fee plus the $45 competency fee).
