Verified against 22 NYCRR Part 1500 (Rules of the Chief Administrator — CLE Program Rules), § 1500.22, for experienced attorneys: 24 credit hours per biennial reporting cycle, including at least 4 hours ethics and professionalism, 1 hour diversity/inclusion/elimination of bias, and 1 hour cybersecurity/privacy/data protection (up to 3 cybersecurity-ethics credits may count toward the ethics requirement). The biennial reporting cycle is the two-year period between biennial registration statements; attorneys register within 30 days after their birthday in alternate years — even-year admission → even-year cycles, odd-year admission → odd-year cycles — and certify CLE compliance on the registration statement.
