Confirmed against the official NJREC CE FAQs: at least 12 credit hours per biennial term, with at least 6 hours in core topics — including at least 2 hours ethics, at least 1 hour Fair Housing & NJ Law Against Discrimination, and at least 1 hour agency. The remaining 6 hours may be any combination of core and elective topics. CE credits do not roll over and the same course cannot be repeated within a term. Current term July 1, 2025–June 30, 2027 with CE due April 30, 2027. Referral agents are exempt; licensees first licensed in the second year of a term are exempt until the next cycle.
